HIGHLIGHTED CASES AND MATTERS

  • Arcadia, Florida. In a case of first impression, I am representing a Defendant wrongfully accused and incarcerated for murdering his seven children over 40 years ago and am seeking compensation in excess of $1,000,000 from the State of Florida.
  • Miami, Florida. Federal Drug trafficking trial. Proved Government's chief witness committed perjury. Despite being seen with numerous kilos of cocaine, client was acquitted.
  • Miami, Florida. Trial covered live on Court TV. Successfully defended father charged with manslaughter by starving his baby to death with a raw food vegan diet. Father acquitted of manslaughter.
  • Jacksonville, Florida. Despite two witnesses testifying they had seen Defendant shoot and kill victim, convinced the State to dismiss First Degree Murder charges as scientific evidence proved these two witnesses were lying.
  • Miami, Florida. Successfully defended numerous individuals falsely arrested in the Elian demonstrations. All were acquitted or had their charges dropped. Several former Defendants received substantial sums of money for being falsely arrested by police.
  • Miami, Florida. Successfully proved juvenile Defendant arrested and charged with First Degree Murder as adult was innocent. All charges dropped.
  • Fort Pierce, Florida. Successfully defended police officer accused of illegal wiretapping by recording conversations of senior officers without their consent. All charges dropped.
  • Miami, Florida. Successfully defended paparazzi accused of crimes against alleged victim celebrity Enrique Iglesias. All charges dropped.
  • Miami, Florida. Successfully defended individual who had previously entered into plea agreement with the United States Government to plead guilty. All charges dropped.
  • Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. Successfully proved the Broward Sheriff's Office Miranda Warning Form was constitutionally inadequate, thereby excluding numerous confessions from being heard as evidence at trial. Subsequently testified as an expert witness.
  • Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. Successfully defended man accused of four counts of Attempted First Degree Murder by proving Defendant was innocent. State dropped all charges despite victims positively identifying Defendant as the perpetrator.
  • Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. Successfully obtained custody of a 6 month-old baby for a father in a hotly contested case in the family courts.
  • Miami, Florida. Successfully obtained $500,000 for the widow of an inmate killed by another inmate while awaiting trial.
  • Indiana. Successfully defended father accused of the crime of capital sexual battery during divorce proceedings by Wife and child. All charges were dropped.
